Holiday Wonders at the Garden

The Husband had an event one night, and I was at loose ends and in the mood to do something. I chose Holiday Wonders at the Garden and had a lovely time. They had different areas lit up. The first area is Snowy Nights at the Garden in the Big Backyard:

Then I went through the rose garden:

to Trees Alight:

and then Sculptures Bright:

I ended by taking a moment to sit in this area:

to post my photos to Facebook. What a nice solo treat for me!

  1. A beautiful post and a lovely look at all the pit fires, too. Each of these gardens was lovely in its own right, but the fun came because it was a treat you gave yourself.

  2. Nice! :) It looks like a great place to visit. To look at all the lights and to sit next to a little campfire on a dark night, what else do you need to get into some holiday spirit? Hugs-Erika

    1. I never thought I'd want a smart phone, but taking photos and video with it is so much easier now than before I had one.

  4. I think one of the best things about the holiday season is the outdoor lights. Just magical.

    1. Yes, and these common spaces are nice now that fewer people decorate their homes.

  5. Very pretty displays which reminds me we need to take a drive to see Sparkles In The Park. Happy Christmas.

    1. I'm glad the video turned out as well as it did. It was so dark there, and I was afraid the magic of the lights wouldn't show. :) It's fun to travel for family visits, but home sweet home is good. Enjoy your week :)
